BOOKING CONFIRMATION
No booking request is confirmed unless you have prepaid the booking guarantee and then received a booking confirmation by email. In case of no availability, you will receive a booking option by email for alternative dates or times.
CANCELLATION POLICY & PREPAYMENT REFUND
All prepayments are deductible 100% from your final bill on the evening of your booking. All prepayments are refundable only upon cancellation by email at least one week before the day of the booking. For groups larger than 7 people, or private parties, prepayment is refundable only upon cancellation by email at least two weeks before the day of the booking. We do not accept cancellations over the phone. The restaurant reserves all rights to cancel last minute due to weather conditions or other unpredicted factors, in which case you will be notified by email and full refund of your prepayment will be completed on same card used for your booking.
