BOOKING CONFIRMATION

No booking request is confirmed unless you have prepaid the booking guarantee and then received a booking confirmation by email. In case of no availability, you will receive a booking option by email for alternative dates or times.

THE ATHENIAN HOUSE PREPAYMENT GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

All prepayments are 100% deductible from your dinner bill on the evening of your reservation. For standard reservations, prepayments are fully refundable only if cancellation is submitted via email at least 5 days prior to the booking date. For groups of 7 or more guests, private dining events, and all signature experiences, prepayments are refundable only if cancellation is submitted via email at least 14 days prior to the booking date. Cancellations are accepted exclusively via email; phone cancellations are not valid. Cancellations received beyond these timeframes, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel reservations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case guests will be notified by email and receive a full refund to the original payment method.
